+

+- **Untrusted PRs**: Treat PRs from forks as untrusted. The workflow uses `pull_request` (not `pull_request_target`) and `fetch-depth: 1` to minimize risk.
+- **Least-privilege permissions**: The workflow uses minimal `GITHUB_TOKEN` permissions (`contents: read`, `pull-requests: read`) - no write access unless explicitly needed.
+- **No secrets required**: The `memorylink doctor` command does **not** require repository secrets to run, which is good for security.
