+

+4. If verification passes, you're done
+5. If verification fails, spawn Forge to fix the issues

+## Full ECHO Loop (Complex Tasks — only when criteria below are met)

+Use the full Perfection Loop ONLY when ALL of these apply:
+- Touches > 75 lines AND requires new imports/APIs, OR
+- Novel architecture or patterns not in the codebase, OR
+- Verification fails twice with direct fixes, OR
+- User explicitly requests Forge

+For the full loop: transition_phase(red) → transition_phase(green) → spawn Forge → spawn Verifier.

+**Decision rule:** If the task doesn't meet the complex criteria above, use Hybrid Mode. If it does, use Full ECHO Loop.

+## Smart Phase Transitions
+
+Skip phases when appropriate to reduce overhead:

+- **Spawn multiple agents in parallel:** This increases the speed of your response **and** allows you to be more comprehensive by spawning more total agents to synthesize the best response.
