+
+**Solution:**
+1. Verify agent exists: `.claude/agents/cfn-dev-team/[category]/[agent-name].md`
+2. Check name formatting (lowercase, hyphens)
+3. Verify YAML frontmatter has correct `name` field
+
+### Error: "TASK_ID environment variable required"
+
+**Solution:**
+- Only spawned agents can use spawn-agent-cli
+- Set TASK_ID environment variable for CLI mode
+- Task Mode agents should use Task() tool instead
+
+### Error: "Invalid task ID format"
+
+**Solution:**
+- Use only alphanumeric, underscore, hyphen, dot
+- Max 64 characters
+- Examples: `task-123`, `task_456`, `task.789`
+
+### Process not spawned
+
+**Solution:**
+1. Check PID is > 0 in result
+2. Verify background flag setting
