I piped out baby sized melting moments to stick together as this is what my gran used to do for us when we were little. Once the mix was in the piping bag I had to soften it for 8-10 seconds in the microwave and it came out perfectly.

I have cooked lots of different melting moment recipes, and my only criticism is that the cream filling after it sat for a while went quite soft. It didn't 'set' or go firmer at all. Perhaps due to the liquid glucose? Next time I'll leave it out and see.</blockquote>
