+
+Use TEA's `*ci` workflow to scaffold production-ready CI/CD configuration for automated test execution with selective testing, parallel sharding, and flakiness detection.

+- Want selective testing (only run affected tests)
+- Need parallel execution for faster feedback

+## Prerequisites
