+## Notes
+- The `FilterArgument` property is not directly visible in the designer; instead, the designer exposes `BasicFilter` and `AdvancedFilter` views.
+- The `HasHeaders` property is always `True` and not exposed in the designer.
+- When clearing filters, if `ColumnName` is omitted, all column filters on the range are cleared.
+- The filter range cannot overlap any existing Excel tables.
+- Advanced filter supports up to two conditions linked by an `And`/`Or` logical operator.

+## Notes
+- The `ColumnName` must reference a valid column in the range. For tables, use the table column name. For ranges with headers, use the header value. For ranges without headers, use the column letter.
+- If no data is found in the specified column, both `FirstRowIndex` and `LastRowIndex` return `-1`.
+- Negative values for `BlankRowsToSkip` are treated as `0`.
+- The activity handles ranges, tables, and pivot tables, each resolving the target column address differently.

+- The `Format`, `Alignment`, and `Font` properties are not directly visible in the designer; instead, the designer presents them as tabbed sections within the **Format** category.
+- Only one format settings tab is visible at a time, controlled by the `FormatType` selector.
+- The `CategoryType` selection (General, Number, Date, etc.) determines which sub-properties are shown within the Data Type tab.
+- A format must be selected; leaving the `Format` property null causes a validation error.
