"content": "<p align='left'>La présente convention collective nationale et ses annexes régissent, en France métropolitaine et dans les départements d'outre-mer, les rapports entre les salariés, employés, techniciens et cadres, ci-après dénommés “ les salariés ”, sous contrat de travail à durée indéterminée ou durée déterminée, et leurs employeurs, dans les entreprises qui ont pour activité principale la collecte, le traitement, la synthèse, la mise en forme et la fourniture à titre professionnel de tous éléments d'informations écrites, photographiques et/ ou audiovisuelles ayant fait l'objet sous leur propre responsabilité d'un traitement journalistique, à des entreprises éditrices de publications de presse, à des éditeurs de services de communication au public par voie électronique, et à des agences de presse ; notamment :<br/>\n– les entreprises inscrites sur une liste établie par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la communication et du budget, pris sur proposition de la commission paritaire des publications et agences de presse (CPPAP) ;<br/>\n– les entreprises ayant une telle activité principale et relevant du code 63.91Z de la nomenclature NAF.</p><p align='left'>La présente convention se substitue purement et simplement aux conventions collectives suivantes, ainsi qu'à leurs annexes et avenants :<br/>\n– convention collective des ouvriers des transmissions des bureaux français des agences télégraphiques internationales du 1er juin 1973 (IDCC 1675) ;<br/>\n– convention collective nationale de travail des employés des agences de presse du 1er juillet 1976 (IDCC 893) ;<br/>\n– convention collective nationale de travail des employés des agences de presse du 1er janvier 1987 (IDCC 1450) ;<br/>\n– convention collective nationale du personnel d'encadrement des agences de presse du 1er janvier 1996 (IDCC 1903) ;<br/>\n– convention collective nationale de travail des employés des agences de presse du 1er juin 1998 (IDCC 2014).</p><p>Les journalistes employés par les agences de presse relèvent de la convention collective nationale des journalistes (IDCC 1480) et n'entrent pas dans le champ d'application de la présente convention.</p><p align='left'>Les salariés relevant d'emplois de production audiovisuelle visés à l'article IV. 1 de la convention collective de la production audiovisuelle et listés en catégorie B, relèvent de la convention collective de la production audiovisuelle (IDCC 2642).</p><p align='left'>En cas de conflit de conventions collectives, les dispositions conventionnelles les plus favorables au salarié devront s'appliquer.</p>",
