+# Shared remediation loop (mandatory after any review returns `REVIEW_STATUS: REMEDIATION_REQUIRED`)
+
+Apply this exact loop after the first feature-review result and after every re-review result that still requires remediation.
+
+1. Verify that the latest review returned:
+   - `REVIEW_STATUS: REMEDIATION_REQUIRED`
+   - `REMEDIATION_INPUTS: <path>`
+   - `REMEDIATION_PLAN: <path>`
+2. Persist `${review-status}`, `${remediation-inputs-path}`, `${remediation-plan-path}`, and `${remediation-pass}` in the checkpoint.
+3. Delegate handoff **Preflight remediation plan clearance** against `${remediation-plan-path}`.
+4. If preflight returns `PREFLIGHT: REVISIONS REQUIRED`, delegate handoff **Revise remediation plan in place** and then repeat Step 3 against the same `${remediation-plan-path}` until the terminal signal is `PREFLIGHT: ALL CLEAR`.
+5. Delegate handoff **Execute remediation plan** only after the exact preflight signal is `PREFLIGHT: ALL CLEAR`.
+6. Stage all files with `git add -A`.
+7. Do not continue unless staged changes now exist. If staging is empty, stop and record blocked state because remediation execution did not produce a commit-ready delta.
+8. Run the MCP server tooling `collect_commit_context` via `repo-automation-adapter`, persist the returned on-disk artifact path as `${commit-context-path}`, and do not continue without that artifact path.
+9. Delegate handoff **Write remediation commit message** using `${commit-context-path}`.
+10. Commit the staged work using the exact message returned by `commit_steward`.
+11. Refresh PR context through the MCP server tooling `collect_pr_context` via `repo-automation-adapter` using the resolved `${pr-context-base-branch}`.
+12. Delegate handoff **Post-implementation feature review** again.
+13. If the re-review returns `REVIEW_STATUS: REMEDIATION_REQUIRED`, increment `${remediation-pass}` and repeat this loop. Exit only when the latest review returns `REVIEW_STATUS: PASS`.
+
+Hard enforcement for the shared remediation loop:
+- The orchestrator MUST own the preflight-clearance decision; do not treat the existence of `remediation-plan.<timestamp>.md` as clearance.
+- The remediation planner MUST update `${remediation-plan-path}` in place across revision loops; sibling remediation plan files are not allowed during the same loop.
+- Commit creation is mandatory between remediation execution and PR-context refresh.
+- PR-context refresh is mandatory between remediation commit and re-review.
+- Missing exact signals (`REVIEW_STATUS`, `PREFLIGHT`) or missing artifact paths are hard failures, not warnings.

+# Command and execution rules
+
+1) Prefer repo tasks when equivalent tasks exist.
+2) When direct commands are specified above, run them exactly unless environment requires equivalent safe invocation.

+
+On each invocation:
+1. Read `artifacts/orchestration/orchestrator-state.json` if it exists.

+   - start at Phase 0.
+4. If user explicitly asks to restart:

+# Completion criteria
+
+You are complete only when:
+- selected path has run end-to-end,
+- all required delegations completed with receipts,
+- feature review completed (large path) or reduced small-path audit completed (small path),
+- if remediation was required, the deterministic remediation loop completed with a remediation commit and a final `REVIEW_STATUS: PASS`,
+- checkpoint indicates completed mission,
+- user receives concise summary with produced paths/artifacts and branch info.
+
+# Prohibited behavior
+
+- Stopping after one delegation when downstream steps remain.
+- Losing or recomputing orchestration variables without persisting them.
+- Editing template headings in generated potential/spec/user-story forms.
+- Skipping feature review in large path.
+- Claiming completion without checkpoint update and final summary.
