+## 它是什么
+
+cckit 将四套 AI 辅助开发最佳实践打包到一个 CLI 中，为 **Claude Code** 和 **Trae** IDE 提供完整的开发环境配置：

+查看当前安装状态、模块列表和文件统计。

+
+检查已安装文件变更状态并更新。默认行为是重新安装 + 发现新文件。

+更新策略：
+- **unchanged** — 从模板重新安装（刷新到最新版）
+- **modified** — 备份为 `.bak.<timestamp>` 后重新安装（`--force` 跳过备份）
+- **missing** — 从模板恢复
+- **new** — 模板中新增但尚未安装的文件自动发现并安装

+
+安装第三方插件。插件仓库须含 `cckit-plugin.json`，内容仅分发到 Trae（Claude Code 请通过 marketplace 安装插件）。
