The server's raw guard message ("no marketplace organization...") looked like a crash, and some users opened support tickets over it. Organization guard responses (unconfigured, ownership mismatch, no active organization) now render as a clear info box with a next step, such as running `tsoft theme fork` to work on your own copy.
