- Replace the competing processing and retry banners with one actionable memory status bar. Normal background organization now uses the informational accent, retryable failures use warning styling, and concurrent states share one summary and status-page entry point. The detail view groups work by conversation and turn range, shows the three user-facing processing stages, keeps technical job data collapsed, and counts distinct conversation fragments instead of internal jobs.
