+Some points carry a **round 2** block: the same finding, already worked on once, re-tested, and still not right. Two things follow from that.

+First, **the round-2 text is the current ask** and the paragraph above it is history \u2014 read the history to understand what was wanted, act on the round 2.

+Second, **the previous attempt is evidence.** Something about the first reading was wrong, so do not simply do it again more carefully. Work out what was misunderstood the first time and say so in one sentence, then fix that. If a "Before"/"After" screenshot pair is attached, the After is what the tester was looking at when they wrote the round 2.
