+#### 3. Nom du pack incorrect dans history list
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 history list`
+
+**Problème:**
+- Le nom du pack affiché est toujours "test-pack" au lieu du vrai nom du pack (ex: "test-ui-vitest")
+- Le pack_path est hardcoded dans le code à 'test-pack.yaml'
+
+**Attendu:** Afficher le vrai nom du pack tel que défini dans le fichier YAML (champ `name`)
+
+**Priorité:** 🟠 Important
+**Statut:** ✅ Corrigé (v2.0.5)
+
+**Cause:** `phase3-runner.ts` ligne 940: `pack_path: 'test-pack.yaml'` est hardcoded
+

+#### 4. Durée incorrecte dans history list
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 history list`
+
+**Problème:**
+- La durée affichée est "0s" au lieu de la durée réelle (ex: "5s" pour un run de 5135ms)
+- Problème d'arrondi : `Math.round(duration / 1000)` avec duration en ms donne des valeurs incorrectes
+
+**Attendu:** Afficher la durée correcte en secondes (ex: "5s" pour 5135ms)
+
+**Priorité:** 🟢 Amélioration (mineur)

+#### 5. Message de migration v1 → v2 confusant
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 run` (après `qa360 init`)
+
+**Problème:**
+- Le template généré par `qa360 init` est en format v1
+- Au lancement, un message de migration apparaît : "📦 Migrated v1 → v2 format"
+- L'utilisateur voit des détails techniques de migration (gates, budgets, targets)
+- C'est confusant pour l'utilisateur qui vient de créer son pack
+
+**Attendu:** `qa360 init` devrait générer directement des packs au format v2 pour éviter ce message
+

+#### 6. Commande pin ne fonctionne pas avec les short IDs
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 history pin <short-id>`
+
+**Problème:**
+- La commande `qa360 history pin cf0af564` affiche "Run pinned successfully!"
+- Mais dans `qa360 history list`, la pin 📌 ne s'affiche pas
+- La base de données montre toujours `pinned=0`
+
+**Attendu:** La pin doit s'afficher dans la liste
+
+**Priorité:** 🔴 Critique
+**Statut:** ✅ Corrigé (v2.0.7)
+
+**Cause:** La fonction `pin()` utilisait l'ID court directement pour l'UPDATE SQL, mais l'ID complet (UUID) est nécessaire. Le code doit résoudre l'ID court en ID complet avant d'appeler `vault.pinRun()`.

+#### 7. Format de pack v1.0.0 non reconnu (ancienne génération AI)
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 run` (après `qa360 examples copy complete` ou ancienne génération AI)
+
+**Problème:**
+- Le fichier `.qa360/pack.yml` a `version: 1.0.0` (format semver)
+- Erreur: "Unknown pack format. Version: 1.0.0"
+- Le format legacy avec `adapters` et `tests` n'est plus supporté
+
+**Attendu:** Soit migrer le format, soit donner un message d'erreur clair
+
+**Priorité:** 🟠 Important
+**Statut:** ✅ Corrigé (v2.0.7)
+
+**Solution:**
+- Ajouté support pour les versions semver (1.0.0 → détecté comme v1, 2.0.0 → détecté comme v2)
+- Ajouté message d'erreur explicite pour le format legacy (v0.9.x avec adapters/tests)
+
+**Nouveau message:**

+#### 8. Commandes pack validate/lint/migrate non disponibles
+
+**Commande:** `qa360 pack validate` ou `qa360 pack lint`
+
+**Problème:**
+- Les commandes `qa360 pack validate/lint/migrate` retournent "error: unknown command 'pack'"
+- Les imports et l'enregistrement des commandes pack étaient commentés dans `src/index.ts`
+- Le fichier `src/commands/pack.ts` était exclu du `tsconfig.json`
+
+**Attendu:** Les commandes pack doivent être disponibles
+
+**Priorité:** 🟠 Important
+**Statut:** ✅ Corrigé (v2.0.8)
+
+**Solution:**
+- Réactivé l'import des commandes pack dans `src/index.ts`
+- Réactivé l'enregistrement des sous-commandes (validate, lint, migrate)
+- Retiré `pack.ts` de la liste d'exclusion dans `tsconfig.json`
+- Mis à jour `scripts/bundle-for-npm.sh` pour ne pas restaurer `index.ts` et `tsconfig.json`
