Extra logins auto-name themselves (`default`, `slot-2`, …), saved logins refresh on their own, and requests roll across them when one hits its daily free limit. Pasting a key stays available behind `login --key`. Model selection labels every free model with its source ([OpenCode], [Kilo], [Cline]).
