The v0.9.37 cold-context feature shipped with `inheritContext: true` as default in `settings-overlay.ts` and `handle-settings.ts`, but `parseRuntimeConfig(undefined)` was returning `undefined` (not the default config), so the default never reached `buildParentContext()`. Now returns `{ inheritContext: true }` for missing/invalid input. Cold context inheritance now actually works on first subagent spawn.
