+- 1.36.169 이전에 저장된 `auto-resume-plan.json`도 `resume`/`handoff`에서 지연 정규화하며, pre-wake audit가 폐기된 `pending` 필드 대신 canonical queue를 세어 대기 작업을 정확히 보고합니다.
