+
+Added a per-family timeout knob for the spec-converge external reviewers:
+`specConverge.reviewers.timeoutMs`. Previously all three external reviewer families
+(codex-cli, gemini-cli, and the inc1 claude-code clean-door family) shared one hardcoded
+120-second call budget. This is **inc2** of REVIEWER-DOOR-REWIRING (§3.2 / §7 / D6).

+The knob accepts EITHER a single number (milliseconds, applied to every family) OR a
+`{ default, byFramework }` map that sets a per-family budget with a default fallback. Each
+resolved value is clamped to the range 30s–900s. A new pure resolver
+(`resolveReviewerTimeoutMs(config, frameworkId)`) computes the per-family value and is
+threaded through both invocation paths: the `runCrossModelReview` driver (resolves per the
+detected `framework.id`) and the `cross-model-review.mjs --family` path (resolves per
