+このライセンスは、オリジナルキャラクター「ジト目猫のハル」（英語表記：Gray Cat Haru。以下「本キャラクター」）、本キャラクターのデザインと外見、およびこのライセンスを含むHaru Catの各リリースとともに配布される公式の関連画像・イラスト素材（以下「キャラクター素材」）に適用されます。
+キャラクター素材には、`src/assets/haru-sit-01.png`およびそのエンコード済みまたはバンドル済みの複製を含む、現在および将来の公式素材が含まれます。

+## 1. 個人・非商用Webサイトでの利用

+73catは、個人がこのライセンスのすべての条件を守ることを前提として、改変していないキャラクター素材をHaru Catで個人の非商用Webサイトに表示することを、限定的、非独占的かつ譲渡不能な範囲で許可します。

+「非商用」とは、そのWebサイトおよびHaru Catの利用が、直接的または間接的な商業上の利益や金銭的対価を目的としていないことを意味します。
+事業者やクライアントのWebサイト、有料の商品・サービスに関するWebサイト、広告を掲載する活動、収益化された活動、または有償の仕事を宣伝するWebサイトでの利用は商用利用です。
+商用利用に当たるか判断できない場合は、公開前に73catへ連絡し、メールまたはダイレクトメッセージで明示的な許可を得てください。
+
+例外として、個人が自分の仕事全般を紹介する個人ポートフォリオでは、Haru Catを利用できます。
+ただし、会社もしくはクライアントのために運営するポートフォリオ、有料の商品・サービスを販売もしくは直接宣伝するサイト、または広告、アフィリエイトリンク、スポンサーその他の方法で収益化されたサイトは、この例外に含まれません。

+## 2. キャラクター素材の利用に必要なクレジット表記

+このライセンスで許可された範囲でHaru Catをインストールし、Webサイトをビルドしてキャラクター素材を表示するために、合理的に必要な技術的複製および変換を行うことができます。
+これには、バンドル、エンコード、キャッシュ、ネットワーク送信、およびキャラクター素材の表示サイズ、位置、余白、重なり順の変更が含まれます。
+
+この許可には、キャラクター素材の色変更、フィルター加工、切り抜き、その他の見た目の変更、独自のアニメーションの追加、キャラクター素材を単体でダウンロードできるようにすること、または素材集を作ることは含まれません。

+
+73catは、個人が本キャラクターを描いた独自の非商用ファンアート（イラストやアニメーションを含み、以下「ファン作品」）を制作し、公開することを、この条項の条件に従って許可します。
+
+許可されるファン作品は、次の条件をすべて満たす必要があります。
+
+- キャラクター素材を取り込んだり、加工、トレース、ベクター化、直接複製したりせず、自らの創作によって制作すること
+- 個人のSNSアカウント、個人Webサイト、または個人ポートフォリオで無料公開すること
+- 本キャラクターの公式画像、または73catが公認・推奨する作品であると誤認させないこと
+- 全部または一部を生成AIで制作しないこと
+
+許可されたファン作品へのクレジット表記は必須ではありませんが、表記していただけると嬉しいです。
+クレジットを表記する場合は、`Gray Cat Haru by 73cat`と記載し、可能な範囲でHaru CatのREADMEに記載された73catの公式プロフィールへリンクしてください。
+
+個人のSNSアカウントまたはポートフォリオでは、その制作者の仕事全般を宣伝していても構いません。
+ただし、ファン作品自体を、有償依頼として制作すること、販売またはライセンス提供すること、有料公開すること、スポンサー付きコンテンツにすること、または商品・サービスの広告に使用することはできません。

+許可されたSNSアカウント、Webサイト、またはポートフォリオに通常の画像投稿としてファン作品を掲載することは、プラットフォームやブラウザの機能によって閲覧者が表示画像を保存できる場合でも許可されます。

+利用内容によっては、別途商用ライセンス契約が必要になる場合があります。

+Haru Catのインストール、MIT Licenseが適用されたプログラムの利用、または非公開環境でのキャラクター素材の評価によって、キャラクター素材の商用ライセンスが付与されることはありません。

+## 7. 禁止事項
+
+73catからメールまたはダイレクトメッセージで明示的な事前許可を得ない限り、次の行為を禁止します。

+- キャラクター素材を単体素材として、または別のライブラリ、テンプレート、素材集、パッケージの一部として、抽出、複製、公開、サブライセンス、販売、共有、再配布すること
+- 第3条で明示的に許可された技術的利用を除き、キャラクター素材を修正、色変更、切り抜き、トレース、ベクター化、アニメーション化し、またはキャラクター素材を直接利用した派生素材を制作すること
+- 第4条で明示的に許可された個人のプロフィール画像での利用を除き、本キャラクター、キャラクター素材、またはファン作品を使用して、物理的・デジタルな商品、NFT、ステッカー、アイコンセット、ダウンロード商品などを制作・装飾し、有料または無料で販売・配布すること
+- 本キャラクター、キャラクター素材、またはファン作品を、学習データや検証データとして意図的に利用すること、データセットに収録すること、またはAI・機械学習システムの開発、ファインチューニング、評価、生成物の制作のために入力もしくは参照資料として提供すること
+- 本キャラクター、キャラクター素材、またはファン作品を、違法、誹謗中傷、差別的、わいせつ、欺瞞的な方法、または本キャラクターもしくは73catの信用・評判を損なうおそれが合理的に認められる方法で使用すること
+- 本キャラクターまたはキャラクター素材の所有権を主張すること、混同を招く類似の名称・標章等を登録すること、または73catが利用者、そのWebサイトもしくは商品を推奨・承認していると誤認させること
+- 著作権、ライセンス、またはクレジットに関する表示を削除したり、見えにくくしたりすること
+
+利用者が指示または管理していない第三者による無断のスクレイピングが発生したという事実だけをもって、利用者自身がキャラクター素材をAI・機械学習のために意図的に利用したものとは扱いません。
+
+## 8. 権利の帰属および留保
+
+本キャラクターおよびキャラクター素材に関する一切の権利は73catに帰属します。
+このライセンスに明記されていない権利を、黙示的に許可することはありません。
+このライセンスは、所有権を移転したり、商標権または商品化に関する権利を付与したりするものではありません。
+
+## 9. 許可の終了
+
+このライセンスの条件に違反した場合、このライセンスによる許可は自動的に終了します。
+
+修正可能な違反については、利用者が違反を知った日から30日以内に違反を修正した場合、修正した日から許可が自動的に回復します。
+
+故意もしくは繰り返しの違反、キャラクター素材の単体再配布、無断の商用利用、商品化、AI・機械学習での利用、または公式もしくは73cat公認の利用を装う行為には、自動回復を適用しません。
+これらの違反後に利用を再開するには、73catからメールまたはダイレクトメッセージで明示的な許可を得る必要があります。
+
+許可が回復するまでは、キャラクター素材の利用を中止し、自らが管理するWebサイト、アプリケーション、リポジトリ、パッケージ、その他の資料からキャラクター素材を削除しなければなりません。
+許可が回復した場合でも、過去の違反について73catが有する権利や対応手段が失われることはありません。
+禁止事項、権利の帰属、保証、および責任に関する条項は、許可の終了後も引き続き適用されます。
+
+## 10. 保証および責任
+
+キャラクター素材は現状のまま提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
+法令で認められる範囲において、73catは、キャラクター素材またはその利用によって生じた損害や請求について責任を負いません。

+## 11. その他の利用に関する問い合わせ
+

+This license applies to the original character "Gray Cat Haru" (Japanese title: "ジト目猫のハル"; referred to below as the "Character"), the Character's design and appearance, and all official related artwork and image assets distributed with any Haru Cat release that includes this license (collectively, the "Character Assets").
+The Character Assets include current and future official assets, including `src/assets/haru-sit-01.png` and any encoded or bundled copy of that image.
+
+This license does not apply to the Haru Cat software, which is separately licensed under the MIT License in [`LICENSE-CODE.md`](./LICENSE-CODE.md).
+
+## 1. Personal, non-commercial website use
+
+73cat grants individuals a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the unmodified Character Assets using Haru Cat on personal, non-commercial websites, provided that they follow all terms of this license.
+
+"Non-commercial" means that the website and its use of Haru Cat are not intended to provide a direct or indirect commercial benefit or monetary compensation.
+Use on a website for a business, client, paid product or service, advertising-supported activity, monetized activity, or promotion of paid work is commercial use.
+If you are unsure whether your use is commercial, contact 73cat and obtain express permission by email or direct message before publishing it.
+
+As an exception, an individual may use Haru Cat on a personal portfolio that generally promotes their own work.
+This exception does not cover a portfolio operated for a company or client, a site that sells or directly promotes a paid product or service, or a site monetized through advertising, affiliate links, sponsorship, or similar means.
+
+Use by a company or other organization, including a nonprofit organization, is not automatically covered by this permission for personal use.

+## 2. Required credit for Character Asset use
+
+A public website displaying Character Assets under Section 1 must display either of the following credits in a reasonably visible location that visitors can easily access, such as a site footer, About page, Credits page, or Acknowledgements page:

+## 3. Technical copies needed for display
+
+You may make the technical copies and transformations reasonably necessary to install Haru Cat, build your website, and display the Character Assets as permitted by this license.
+This permission includes bundling, encoding, caching, network transmission, and changing the rendered size, position, spacing, or stacking order of a Character Asset.
+
+This permission does not allow you to recolor, filter, crop, or otherwise alter the artistic appearance of a Character Asset, add custom animation to it, offer it as a standalone download, or create an asset pack.
+You must not include or redistribute a Character Asset in another library, template, asset pack, or package.
+Visual effects, motion, and transformations provided by an official Haru Cat release are permitted when used as provided.
+
+You may publish screenshots or recordings that show a permitted website as a whole, provided that they do not make a Character Asset available as reusable standalone material.
+
+## 4. Non-commercial fan works
+
+73cat permits individuals to create and publicly share original, non-commercial fan art depicting the Character, including illustrations and animations (collectively, "Fan Works"), under the conditions in this section.
+
+A permitted Fan Work must:
+
+- be created through your own creative effort without incorporating, editing, tracing, vectorizing, or directly copying a Character Asset;
+- be shared free of charge on a personal social-media account, personal website, or personal portfolio;
+- not be presented as official Character artwork or as endorsed by 73cat; and
+- not be created in whole or in part using generative AI.
+
+Credit is appreciated but not required for a permitted Fan Work.
+If you choose to include credit, please use `Gray Cat Haru by 73cat` and, where reasonably possible, link to the official 73cat profile identified in the Haru Cat README.
+
+A personal social-media account or portfolio may also promote its creator's work generally.
+However, the Fan Work itself must not be created as a paid commission, offered for sale or licensing, placed behind a paywall, sponsored, or used to advertise a product or service.
+
+Posting a Fan Work as an ordinary image on a permitted social-media account, website, or portfolio is allowed even if the platform or browser lets visitors save the displayed image.
+This permission does not allow you to offer or package a Fan Work as reusable material, such as a downloadable asset, wallpaper, printable file, template, or icon set.
+
+The creator of a permitted Fan Work may use that Fan Work as the profile image of their own personal, non-commercial social-media account.
+This profile-image exception does not allow use of an official Character Asset, use by a company, product, or service account, or any presentation that could be mistaken for an official 73cat account.

+## 5. Private evaluation

+Anyone may install and evaluate Haru Cat in a local development environment or a private, access-restricted test environment.

+## 6. Commercial use

+If you wish to use the Character Assets commercially, contact 73cat and obtain express permission by email or direct message before the relevant website, application, product, or service is published or used in production.
+Depending on the scope of use, a separate commercial license agreement may also be required.
+Pricing, duration, scope, and attribution requirements are determined separately for each commercial license.

+Installing Haru Cat, using the MIT-licensed software, or privately evaluating the Character Assets does not grant a commercial license for the Character Assets.

+## 7. Prohibited uses
+
+Unless you have separate prior express permission from 73cat by email or direct message, you must not:

+- extract, copy, publish, sublicense, sell, share, or redistribute a Character Asset as standalone material or as part of another library, template, asset pack, or package;
+- modify, recolor, crop, trace, vectorize, animate, or otherwise create a derivative asset directly from a Character Asset, except for the technical uses expressly permitted in Section 3;
+- use the Character, a Character Asset, or a Fan Work to create or decorate merchandise or products, including physical or digital goods, NFTs, stickers, icon sets, or downloadable products, whether sold or distributed free of charge, except for the personal profile-image use expressly permitted in Section 4;
+- intentionally use the Character, a Character Asset, or a Fan Work as training or validation data, include it in a dataset, or provide it as input or reference material to develop, fine-tune, evaluate, or generate output with an AI or machine-learning system;
+- use the Character, a Character Asset, or a Fan Work in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, deceptive, or reasonably likely to harm the reputation of the Character or 73cat;
+- claim ownership of the Character or a Character Asset, register confusingly similar branding, or imply that 73cat endorses you, your website, or your products; or

+Unauthorized third-party scraping that occurs without your direction or control does not, by itself, mean that you have intentionally used the Character Assets for AI or machine-learning purposes.

+## 8. Ownership and reservation of rights
+
+73cat retains all rights in the Character and the Character Assets.
+No rights are granted by implication.
+This license does not transfer ownership or grant any trademark or merchandising rights.
+
+## 9. Termination
+
+Your permission under this license ends automatically if you violate its terms.
+
+For a violation that can be corrected, your permission is automatically reinstated on the date you correct the violation, provided that you do so within 30 days after discovering it.
+
+Automatic reinstatement does not apply to an intentional or repeated violation, standalone redistribution of a Character Asset, unauthorized commercial use, merchandising, AI or machine-learning use, or falsely presenting a use as official or endorsed by 73cat.
+After one of these violations, you must obtain express permission from 73cat by email or direct message before resuming use.
+
+Until your permission is reinstated, you must stop using the Character Assets and remove them from websites, applications, repositories, packages, and other materials under your control.
+Reinstatement does not waive any rights or remedies that 73cat may have regarding a past violation.
+The sections concerning prohibited uses, ownership, warranty, and liability remain effective after termination.

+## 10. Warranty and liability

+Haru Catは、小さなオリジナルキャラクター「ハルくん」をWebサイトの下部に表示するためのReactコンポーネントです。

+## インストール

+

+コンポーネントには`position: fixed`と`pointer-events: none`が設定されています。
+そのため、ハルくんは画面下部に表示され続け、Webサイト上のボタンやリンク操作を妨げません。

+Haru Cat is a React component for placing Haru-kun, a small original cat
