+### 1. Provider Details (Onboarding)
+**Location:** [public/app/index.html](public/app/index.html#L46-L124)
+
+**Fields:**
+- Handle (unique identifier)
+- Display name
+- Specialty
+- Country (dropdown with 18+ countries)
+- Medical license number
+- Doctor certificate upload (PDF/Image, max 5MB)
+- Brand colors (primary/secondary)
+- Welcome message
+- Enabled topics (checkboxes)
+
+**File Upload:**
+- Uploads to Firebase Storage: `certificates/{userId}/{filename}`
+- Requires Firebase Storage rules to be deployed (see [DEPLOY_STORAGE_RULES.md](DEPLOY_STORAGE_RULES.md))
+- Automatic token refresh to ensure valid authentication

+**After Submission:**

+### 2. Billing Setup

+**Three States:**
+
+#### State 1: Stripe Not Connected
+- Shows when `!provider.stripeAccountId`
+- Button: "Create Stripe Connect Account"
+- Calls: `POST /api/stripe/create-connect-account`
+- Creates Express Stripe Connect account for the provider
+
+#### State 2: Stripe Onboarding Incomplete
+- Shows when `provider.stripeAccountId` exists but `!provider.stripeOnboardingComplete`
+- Button: "Complete Stripe Setup"
+- Calls: `POST /api/stripe/create-account-link`
+- Redirects to Stripe onboarding (identity verification, bank details)
+- Returns to `/app` after completion
+
+#### State 3: Stripe Connected (Pricing Configuration)
+- Shows when `provider.stripeAccountId` AND `provider.stripeOnboardingComplete`
+- Pricing model dropdown:
+  - **Free** (No Payment Required)
+  - **Monthly Subscription** (shows subscription price field)
+  - **Pay Per Chat** (shows per-chat price field)
+- Button: "Save Pricing & Continue"

+### `checkOnboarding()` Function:
+1. Checks if provider profile exists
+   - If NO → Show onboarding panel
+2. Checks if billing is set up:
+   - Missing `stripeAccountId` → Show billing setup
+   - Missing `stripeOnboardingComplete` → Show billing setup
+   - Missing `pricingModel` → Show billing setup
+3. If everything complete → Show dashboard

+### `renderBillingSetup()` Function:

+Determines which billing state to show based on provider data:
+- Checks Stripe account status
+- Pre-fills pricing fields if they exist

+## 📋 How to Test the Flow
+
+### Step 1: Create New Provider Account
+1. Open http://localhost:8080/app
+2. Click "Create account"
+3. Enter email and password
+4. Sign up
+
+### Step 2: Fill Provider Details
+1. Fill out all fields:
+   - Handle (e.g., "dr-smith")
+   - Display name
+   - Specialty
+   - Country
+   - License number
+   - Upload certificate (PDF/Image)
+   - Optional: Brand colors, welcome message
+2. Select enabled topics
+3. Click "Create provider"
+4. Should automatically advance to Billing Setup
+
+### Step 3: Configure Billing
+**Option A: Set up Stripe (for paid providers)**
+1. Click "Create Stripe Connect Account"
+2. Wait for account creation
+3. Click "Complete Stripe Setup"
+4. Complete Stripe onboarding (identity, bank details)
+5. Return to app
+6. Select pricing model and enter price
+7. Click "Save Pricing & Continue"
+
+**Option B: Skip billing (for free providers)**
+1. Click "Skip for Now (Set up later)"
+2. Immediately goes to dashboard
+
+### Step 4: View Dashboard
+- Should see complete dashboard with:
+  - Analytics overview
+  - Share link and QR code
