+The reference pages are largely tables: every flag with its default, every diagnostic code with
+its cause, every exit status with what produces it. marked emits `<th>` with no `scope`, so a
+screen reader announcing a cell in the middle of the warnings table had to guess which header
+governed it, and the guess is what the heuristics do rather than what the markup says.
