+Three findings in this line — 0.6.26, 0.6.51 and one beside 0.6.45 — were passages telling a
+reader a mixed-rate recording becomes several files without mentioning the layout that does not.
+There is a test for exactly that, and all three walked past it, because it matches four fixed
+phrases and each passage used a fifth: "several output files" against its "several signals
+files", "produce exactly one" against its "more than one table".

+The four wordings it missed are added, along with `recipes.md`, which was not in the page list at
+all despite carrying two of the passages. A phrase list cannot be complete; it can at least
+accumulate the misses instead of forgetting them.
