### Patch Changes

- Unregistered or foreign app ids now get real recovery paths instead of dead ends: `app init` verifies registration (and ownership) before answering "already initialized" and names `app init --new-id` when that is the remedy; `deploy` and `push` refuse up front with the same guidance instead of raw git errors; secrets errors carry the server's machine code; the deploy refusal ships an executable action; the scaffolder's failure guidance no longer assumes the not-signed-in case.

### Minor Changes

- App ids are now server-minted and owned from birth: `deepspace app init` (logged in) asks the platform for an id that is registered to your account the moment it exists, the scaffolder runs `app init` as its final step, and `deepspace deploy` refuses an app with no id instead of minting one locally. The platform no longer registers unknown ids on first deploy (previews included), push, or secrets write (`app_not_registered`) — so nobody can claim an app id out of your wrangler.toml before you do. The initial scaffold commit moved with the identity: `app init` commits a still-unborn scaffold repo, so a logged-out scaffold stays uncommitted until login + `app init` heal it.

### Patch Changes
16
+
17
+
- The tracked-secret-files deploy warning no longer promises the deploy will continue: without the skipped push the release carries no source lineage, and the server refuses it as stale when the live release has one (`--ignore-stale` overrides). The server's `stale_base` message now lists the secret-file skip among its causes.
