- **Tip strings broken for npm-installed users**: Reverted `npx ca` → `ca` change in user-facing tip strings (correction reminder, planning reminder, failure tip, trust language). npm-installed users only have `npx ca` in PATH — the `ca` binary lives in `node_modules/.bin/`. Hook commands in `settings.json` correctly use absolute binary paths and are unaffected.
