- **SessionStart/PreCompact hooks broken with npx**: Hooks using `npx ca prime` fail silently in Claude Code hook context (different PATH/environment). `ca setup` now writes the absolute binary path instead. Existing `npx ca` hooks are automatically upgraded to use the direct path on next `ca setup`.
