+## Fix 1: Windows Build Failure (ci.yml)
+
+### Problem
+**Location:** `.github/workflows/ci.yml` lines 152-156
+**Issue:** Windows CLI binary test was failing due to path separator mismatch
+
+**Original Code:**

+### Root Cause
