+
+When invoked, you must follow these steps:
+
+1. **Locate and Parse Reuse Report**
+   - Search for reuse reports using `Glob` with patterns: `**/reuse-hunting-report*.md`, `**/reuse-report*.md`, `**/duplication*.md`
+   - Check common locations: root directory, `reports/`, `docs/`, `.claude/`, `.tmp/current/`
