Session-head search-input 36px height match, .ds-file-act focus-visible ring added. App: 5 copy-tone fixes (clear-history button noun, conversation->chat vocab, npx jargon->plain language, provider error truncated+prefixed, disabled export-chat keeps action label), search-result sid fallback to 'session <8char>...', synchronous theme-flash-prevention inline script in index.html.
