Because the identity is stable, the macOS Keychain "Always Allow" choice keeps applying across `brew upgrade`s instead of re-prompting on every update. The first release that moves to the company Developer ID may prompt once (the identity changed from the previous one); after that it stays quiet while the identity is unchanged.
