+- **How it was built:** `bun scripts/spec-census-bootstrap.ts --vendor openrouter --from-file <openapi.json> --scope-paths /analytics,/audio,/auth,/byok,/chat/,/credits,/datasets,/embeddings,/files,/generation,/guardrails,/key,/messages,/models,/observability/destinations,/organization/members,/presets,/providers,/rerank,/responses,/videos,/workspaces --apply`
