+### BREAKING CHANGES

+* the extension is predefined, so every Context now declares an
+ingress and must say where it lands:
+
+    ingress:
+      hosts: [api.example.com]
+
+An application that does not want the page says `introspection: { ui: false }`,
+and one that wants no map at all says `introspection: false`. Failing the export
+is deliberate: the alternative is quietly not publishing a page that was asked
+for.
