"content": "<p>Sur le champ d'application conventionnel de l'accord national du 5 juillet 2001 relatif à l'introduction des métiers de l'Internet dans le dispositif des classifications de la convention collective nationale des bureaux d'études techniques, cabinets d'ingénieurs-conseils, sociétés de conseil du 15 décembre 1987, la commission nationale d'interprétation, saisie aux fins de se prononcer sur l'article 1er « Champ d'application », a émis l'avis qui suit à l'unanimité des signataires de l'accord initial :</p><p>Le champ d'application de la convention collective Syntec dans le domaine de l'Internet s'apprécie en référence à ses domaines d'activité : l'informatique et les systèmes d'information sous les formes de l'ingénierie, de l'édition de logiciels, du conseil, de l'assistance technique, de l'exploitation, de l'infogérance et de la formation.</p><p>Il concerne :</p><p>1. Les concepteurs, fournisseurs et exploitants de plate-forme informatique ;</p><p>2. Les prestations d'hébergement de site Internet ;</p><p>3. Les prestations de conception, de développement, mise en oeuvre et entretien de site Web considéré comme composante du système d'information de l'entité cliente ;</p><p>4. Les développeurs, producteurs et intégrateurs de logiciels nécessaires à la création et à l'exploitation des services pour répondre aux besoins de leurs clients ;</p><p>5. Les fournisseurs d'expertise, d'ingénierie, de conseil et de formation dans le domaine de l'Internet ;</p><p>6. L'édition de logiciels ou de composants logiciels en technologie Internet ;</p><p>7. Les exploitants de réseaux ou infrastructures informatiques (infogérance-outsourcing) ;</p><p>8.
