+# @rivet-dev/services
+
+Resolves the prebuilt `rivet-services` binary for the current host. The binary
+is intentionally a no-op while the managed services runtime is being built.
+
+```js
+const { getServicesPath } = require("@rivet-dev/services");
+
+const binaryPath = getServicesPath();
+```
+
+The package also exposes the binary as an npm executable:
+
+```sh
+npx @rivet-dev/services start
+npx @rivet-dev/services dev
+```
+
+Set `RIVET_SERVICES_BINARY` to override binary resolution during development.
