+- Skill Workshop: the experimental procedural-memory plugin is now enabled by default with `approvalPolicy: "auto"`, so agents capture reusable procedures and write workspace skills without extra setup. The scanner and quarantine path still apply. On shared or hostile input-heavy deployments, set `approvalPolicy: "pending"` (or disable the plugin) so a human reviews proposals first.
