+  PGlite runs Postgres as an Emscripten module, and Emscripten's exit handler
+  writes the WASM program's status straight to `process.exitCode`. Booting the
+  embedded database left it at 99 with nothing wrong, and the CLI's bin ends with
+  `process.exit(process.exitCode ?? 0)` — so any command that merely touched the
+  embedded database exited 99 _after_ completing all of its work and printing a
+  green summary. `pikku all` in a package with a Postgres schema failed this way
+  in CI while passing locally, where a real `DATABASE_URL` meant PGlite never
+  booted.

+
+  `pikku dev` and `pikku serve` only built `LocalContent` when `pikku.config.json`
+  declared a `content` block, so a project without one type-checks, renders and
+  starts clean and then throws the first time anything uploads a file. Every field
+  already had a default, so the block was gating a service that needed no
+  configuration. It is now always constructed; the `content` block still overrides
+  the storage path, URL prefixes and size limit.
+
+  Also documents it in the `pikku-services` skill: these singletons arrive as
+  `existingServices` and are never named in `services.ts`, so their absence there
+  is not evidence they are off — which is what makes the `if (!content) throw`
+  guard the skill already forbids look justified.

+- c5574a3: An addon now publishes its schema artifact on every `pikku all`, empty when it
+  has no tables, and `db generate` refuses an addon that publishes none at all.
+
+  The two used to be one case. A wired addon whose artifact could not be resolved
+  was read as an addon that ships no schema — no error, no migration — so a
+  mispackaged `exports` entry surfaced much later, as an addon function querying a
+  table nobody had created. Making the file unconditional separates "needs
+  nothing" from "cannot say", and a malformed artifact is now rejected rather than
+  half-applied.

+- 591593a: Add `pikku knowledge next` — the one thing to do next with the knowledge base, derived
+  from what is on disk rather than from what a previous step remembered to announce.
+
+  It answers with exactly one action: repair a note, write a plan, ask the user, dispatch a
+  build, hold, or nothing. On `ask-user` it prints the question a person should actually be
+  asked, with its options numbered, and demotes the machine wording to a `why:` line — that
+  reason names the note and the frontmatter key, and reads as gibberish to somebody who has
+  never seen a note.

+- 7434e65: Stop mangling identifiers in a bundle that a second bundler will mangle again.
+
+  Every standalone bun binary died at boot on `TypeError: t6 is not a function`. The bundle
+  esbuild wrote was correct; `bun build --compile`, which is the documented next step for
+  that runtime, renamed the parameter of the already-mangled `wireCLI` to `t6` — the name
+  esbuild had given the top-level `registerCLICommands` that same function calls — and the
+  inner reference then resolved to the parameter object.
+
+  Neither pass is wrong on its own, so the fix is to stop running both: a provider now
+  declares `getMangleIdentifiers()`, and the standalone adapter returns false for the bun
+  runtime, where `bundle.js` is an input rather than the artifact that runs. Whitespace and
+  syntax minification are unaffected, and every other provider still ships a fully mangled
+  bundle — `minify: true` could not express that, because esbuild ORs it over the granular

+- 657de9e: Keep the description of a function an agent lists as a tool in the runtime meta
+
+  `description` is classed as a verbose field and stripped from the meta a
+  deployment ships, but `agent-prepare` needs it to tell the model what each tool
+  does. Where the verbose file is unreadable — a deployed bundle, or any app
+  shipping only the stripped copy — every tool was offered under its bare name.
+
+  The functions an agent actually lists as tools now keep their description in the
+  minimal meta, so the model sees them everywhere the agent runs. Descriptions for
+  functions no agent calls stay stripped.
+
+- 6519c66: Report what each inspector pass did, not only how long it took. `inspect()` now records per-pass work counters on the state (`stats`: files in the program, files reused from the previous program, type/instantiation/symbol counts, CPU and wall time, heap in use), and `pikku all` prints one `[INSPECT]` row per pass under `PIKKU_TIMING`.
