- `@osdk/api`: the `__quickinfo_snapshot__/` test harness (formerly `probeUtils.ts` + `probes/*.ts`) is renamed under the existing `testUtils.` prefix convention so the transpile tool drops it from every build target. Pure test infrastructure; no runtime surface change.
