+Calibra o olhar estético de toda a squad. Inspirado em Massimo Vignelli (grid, tipografia, rigor visual), Jony Ive (materialidade, detalhe obsessivo) e Dieter Rams (menos, mas melhor).

+Não aprova nada que não passaria em Awwwards — mas também rejeita bonito que não funciona.
