Ships **`bench:context`** (a context-savings harness — our niche analog of "Nx fewer tokens", with **no figure published** until a representative-vault run + sign-off) + **`docs/EVALUATION_PLAN.md`** (a pre-registered, score-free methodology) + a README hero that now **leads with the already-measured reranker delta** (+15.5 NDCG@10 / +24.7 MRR on a reproducible 60-query ablation) and re-frames the on-device model's weight as the privacy/grounded **moat** (zero cloud calls during serve — *enforced* via `setEmbeddingsOffline`, not aspirational).
