+- **Fixed: on a fresh install, sending a message showed the thinking dots
+  forever.** The session was not slow — it was already dead. The agent harness
+  could not start and exited having printed nothing at all: no output, no
+  transcript, no error. A session with no agent connected now says so, and
+  points at Settings → Coding agents instead of spinning.
