+# Phase 1 Quick Wins — Implementation Plan
+
+> **For agentic workers:** REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (`- [ ]`) syntax for tracking.

+**Goal:** Land the 7 independent "quick win" systems from the recon into the minion gateway as atomic, tested commits.
+
+**Architecture:** Each task is self-contained and wires into an existing extension/seam minion already exposes — lifecycle hooks (`registerLifecycleHooks`), the tool-result context-guard transform, the prose-override section system, the skills prompt builder, the agent-tool factory, and the plugin HTTP/RPC SDK. No core run-loop rewrites.

+**Tech Stack:** TypeScript (strict, no `any`/`@ts-nocheck`), pnpm workspaces, tsdown, vitest, oxlint/oxfmt, TypeBox schemas for tools. Package manager: `pnpm`. Worktree: `/home/nikolas/Documents/CODE/minion-quick-wins` (branch `feat/recon-quick-wins`).

+**Conventions (verified in-tree):**
+
+- Agent tools are objects `{ label, name, description, parameters /* TypeBox */, execute(toolCallId, args) }` returning `jsonResult({...})`. Factory functions return `AnyAgentTool` (`src/agents/tools/common.ts`). Registered in `createOpenClawTools()` (`src/agents/minion-tools.ts:30-199`).
+- Lint requires curly braces on all `if`. Run `pnpm tsgo` (typecheck), `pnpm check` (oxlint+oxfmt), `pnpm test` (vitest).
+- Tests are colocated `*.test.ts`; e2e are `*.e2e.test.ts`.
+- Commit hook runs `oxfmt`; if it is not installed in the worktree, run `pnpm install` first (preferred) or commit with `--no-verify` only for docs.

+In `src/agents/pi-embedded-runner/run/attempt-session.ts` near line 204 (`activeSession.agent.streamFn = streamSimple;`), wrap so that any tool-call whose `arguments` string fails `JSON.parse` is passed through `repairToolCallArguments` before downstream use. Read the `streamSimple` return/stream shape first; if tool-call arguments are surfaced as a parseable field minion touches (e.g. when minion re-stringifies at `run.ts:1278`), apply the repair at that boundary instead. Add a debug log when `repaired === true`. If no interceptable seam exists, leave the util exported and unused at the call site, and say so in the commit body.
