+1. Definitions
+
+   "Licensor" means Luxonis Holding Corporation.
+
+   "Software" means the software programs, object code, bundled assets, and
+   accompanying documentation distributed by Licensor under this License,
+   including the OAK Viewer desktop application, the Viewer web application,
+   the Visualizer web application, and the OAK App container images built from
+   this repository.
+
+   "You" means the individual or legal entity exercising rights under this
+   License.

+   "Luxonis Hardware" means camera devices and other hardware products
+   manufactured, sold, or authorized by Licensor.
+
+2. Grant of License
+
+   Subject to Your compliance with this License, Licensor grants You a
+   non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide
+   license to install and use the Software solely for the purpose of operating,
+   configuring, evaluating, and developing applications for Luxonis Hardware.
+
+3. Restrictions
+
+   Except to the extent that the following restrictions are prohibited by
+   applicable law or permitted by the license terms of a Third-Party Component
+   as described in Section 5, You may not:
+
+   (a) copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer
+       the Software to any third party;
+
+   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
+
+   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise
+       attempt to derive its source code;
+
+   (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
+       notice contained in the Software; or
+
+   (e) use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

+4. Ownership
+
+   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all
+   right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all
+   intellectual property rights therein. No rights are granted except as
+   expressly set out in this License.

+5. Third-Party Components
+
+   The Software includes third-party components that are licensed under their
+   own terms, including open source licenses. Those terms govern Your use of
+   the corresponding components and, to the extent they conflict with this
+   License, take precedence with respect to those components.

+   Software in the accompanying THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md file.

+   Certain components are licensed under the Mozilla Public License, Version

+   Software and destroy all copies in Your possession. Sections 4, 8, 9, and 10
