When set, the CLI inspects the first response for pagination signals (`next_page_token` or `pagination.has_more`) and automatically fetches subsequent pages, concatenating list arrays into a single merged payload. Supports both token-based and `page_num`-based pagination. A 200-page safety cap and a 3-consecutive-empty-page streak guard prevent runaway loops against stuck cursors; when the cap is hit the merged result is returned with `truncated: true` and a continuation token/page number in `meta`, alongside a stderr hint. Batch (`+batch-get`) and attachment shortcut commands are exempt — they manage their own multi-call execution paths.
