## How to Run
24
+
25
+
Always use the ai-toolkit venv (has Flux2KleinPipeline + ZImagePipeline + ollama package):
26
+
27
+
```bash
28
+
"G:/Projects/Kolbo.AI/github/ai-toolkit/venv/Scripts/python.exe" \
29
+
"G:/Projects/Kolbo.AI/github/training-loras/scripts/photo-studio.py" \
30
+
[args...]
31
+
```
32
+
33
+

## Common Recipes
51
+
52
+
### Text-to-image (portrait)
53
+
```bash
54
+
python photo-studio.py \
55
+
--prompt "full-body front view, woman in designer dress, cinematic lighting" \
56
+
--model flux --width 1152 --height 2048
57
+
```
58
+
59
+
### Edit existing image
60
+
```bash
61
+
python photo-studio.py \
62
+
--image input.jpg \
63
+
--prompt "wide full-body view of the subject, cinematic" \
64
+
--model flux --width 1152 --height 2048
65
+
```
66
+
67
+
### Analyze image and generate variation
68
+
```bash
69
+
python photo-studio.py \
70
+
--image char.jpg --analyze \
71
+
--prompt "standing upright, full body" \
72
+
--model flux
73
+
```
74
+
75
+
### Auto-enhance a short prompt then generate
76
+
```bash
77
+
python photo-studio.py \
78
+
--prompt "street fashion guy" --enhance \
79
+
--model zimage --width 1152 --height 2048
80
+
```
81
+
82
+
### Z-Image with adapter (MIRAGE-style)
83
+
```bash
84
+
python photo-studio.py \
85
+
--prompt "cinematic full-body portrait, editorial" \
86
+
--model zimage --adapter --width 1152 --height 1536 --cfg 4.0
87
+
```
88
+
89
+
## Model Notes
90
+
91
+
### FLUX.2 Klein 4B (`--model flux`)
92
+
- Class: `Flux2KleinPipeline` (diffusers)
93
+
- Supports both text-to-image AND image editing via `image` param
94
+
- Good default: `--steps 20 --cfg 3.5`
95
+
- ~13GB VRAM needed
96
+
97
+
### Z-Image Turbo (`--model zimage`)
98
+
- Class: `ZImagePipeline` (diffusers), uses Qwen3 text encoder
99
+
- Text-to-image ONLY (no image editing)
100
+
- **8 NFEs, no CFG** — distilled model, per official README. More steps = waste, CFG > 0 = wrong
101
+
- Default: `--steps 8 --cfg 0.0 --width 1152 --height 2048` (~30s per image)
102
+
- Add `--adapter` to load the v2 training adapter
103
+
104
+
### Ollama Gemma4 (vision + LLM)
105
+
- Used for `--analyze` (describe input image) and `--enhance` (expand prompt)
106
+
- Runs locally, no API key, no rate limits
107
+
- Model: `gemma4` (9.6GB, multimodal)
108
+
- Ollama auto-starts on Windows boot
109
+
110
+
## When to use which model
111
+
112
+
| Task | Model |
113
+
|------|-------|
114
+
| Edit an existing image | `flux` |
115
+
| Character body panel generation | `flux` |
116
+
| MIRAGE-style portraits | `zimage --adapter` |
117
+
| Quick text-to-image | `flux` or `zimage` |
118
+
| Portrait + face reference | `flux --image face.jpg` |
119
+
120
+
## Prompt Tips (Gemma4 is the default prompter)
121
+
122
+
When the user gives a short/vague prompt, always use `--enhance` to let Gemma4 expand it. For image editing, pair `--analyze --enhance` to get the best context from the source image.
