+- Promoted `shared/hyde/` to a `discovery/` capability — 9 source files and 7
+  specs. HyDE owns a graph, a generator, a lens inferrer, and a validator; that
+  is discovery machinery, not shared infrastructure. It lived under `shared/`
+  because two capabilities needed it, which had made `shared/` the default home
+  for anything with more than one consumer.

+  `discovery/index.ts` is its sole cross-capability surface, carrying the 41
+  symbols that actually cross the boundary. `contexts` and `opportunities` now
+  reach it through that barrel; the tool composition root keeps its direct leaf
