+- -1: Testing, Safety mechanisms (rollback, fallback)

+**Action:** Flag proposals with score ≥5 for review.

+### YAGNI Enforcement
+
+Detect "might need in future" patterns:
+- **High severity:** "might need", "could be useful", "future-proof", "just in case"
+- **Medium severity:** "scalability", "extensibility", "flexibility"
+- **Low severity:** "generic", "reusable", "configurable"
+
