+1. DEFINITIONS
+
+1.1 Authorised User
+
+“Authorised User” means:
+
+(a) You;
+(b) Your employees, officers and volunteers;
+(c) members of Your organisation who require access to operate the Covered
+    Software; and
+(d) contractors acting solely on Your behalf and subject to obligations at
+    least as protective as this Licence.
+
+1.2 Covered Software
+
+“Covered Software” means any source code, object code, executable code,
+package, module, documentation or other material that:
+
+(a) is supplied with this Licence;
+(b) refers to this Licence in its package metadata or accompanying notices; or
+(c) is a Modification of material supplied under this Licence.
+
+Covered Software does not include Third-Party Components or Independent
+Modules except where they are separately supplied under this Licence.
+
+1.3 Discord Server
+
+“Discord Server” means a Discord guild, community or server that You own,
+operate or are authorised to administer.
+
+1.4 Helyx
+
+“Helyx” means the software platform and bot product originally created by Liam
+Villarosa-Moore and provided by the Licensor under the name “Helyx”, together
+with its associated source code, official modules, brand, name, logo, domains,
+website and services.
+
+1.5 Independent Module
+
+“Independent Module” means software that:
+
+(a) interoperates with Helyx through documented APIs, SDK contracts,
+    manifests, events or other published integration points; and
+(b) does not contain a substantial portion of the Covered Software.
+
+Using documented Helyx interfaces does not, by itself, cause an Independent
+Module to become Covered Software.
+
+1.6 Internal Use
+
+“Internal Use” means using the Covered Software for Your own personal,
+organisational, community or business purposes.
+
+Internal Use includes:
+
+(a) operating Helyx in Discord Servers that You own or administer;
+(b) allowing members of those Discord Servers to interact with enabled Helyx
+    features;
+(c) use by a commercial business;
+(d) use by a paid, subscription-based, sponsored or otherwise monetised
+    Discord community;
+(e) evaluation, testing, development and security research;
+(f) internal modification and configuration; and
+(g) operation by an Authorised User on Your behalf.
+
+Internal Use does not include providing Helyx as a product or managed service
+to owners of unrelated third-party Discord Servers.
+
+1.7 Licensor
+
+“Licensor” means:
+

+1.8 Managed Helyx Service
+
+“Managed Helyx Service” means a product or service through which a third party
+can:
+
+(a) deploy Helyx to a Discord Server that the third party owns or controls;
+(b) access substantial Helyx administration or configuration functionality;
+(c) purchase hosted access to Helyx;
+(d) obtain Helyx under another brand; or
+(e) use Helyx as a substitute for obtaining it through an official Helyx
+    distribution channel.
+
+Ordinary interaction by members of a Discord Server that You own or administer
+is not a Managed Helyx Service.
+
+1.9 Modification
+
+“Modification” means any alteration, adaptation, translation, correction,
+enhancement, extension or derivative work based on the Covered Software.
+
+1.10 Official Distribution Channel
+
+“Official Distribution Channel” means:
+
+(a) an npm account or organisation controlled by the Licensor;
+(b) an official Helyx website or dashboard;
+(c) an official Helyx source-code repository;
+(d) an authorised download service controlled by the Licensor; or
+(e) another distribution channel expressly approved in writing by the
+    Licensor.
+
+1.11 Permitted Professional Services
+
+“Permitted Professional Services” means the services described in, and provided
+in accordance with, Section 7.
+
+1.12 Restricted Release
+
+“Restricted Release” means Covered Software supplied subject to limited
+availability, including:
+
+(a) commissioned private releases;
+(b) preview releases;
+(c) closed tests;
+(d) beta releases with restricted access;
+(e) subscriber or early-access modules; and
+(f) unreleased modules or features.
+
+1.13 Third-Party Components
+
+“Third-Party Components” means software, libraries, assets or other materials
+owned by third parties and supplied under separate licence terms.
+
+1.14 You
+
+“You” means the individual or legal entity exercising rights under this
+Licence.
+
+2. LICENCE GRANT
+
+Subject to Your compliance with this Licence, the Licensor grants You a
+limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable
+licence to:
+
+(a) download the Covered Software from an Official Distribution Channel;
+(b) install and execute the Covered Software;
+(c) self-host the Covered Software for Internal Use;
+(d) use the Covered Software for personal, community, educational, charitable,
+    non-profit or internal commercial purposes;
+(e) make a reasonable number of internal, backup and archival copies;
+(f) inspect and study the source code;
+(g) modify the Covered Software solely for Your Internal Use;
+(h) allow Authorised Users to operate the Covered Software on Your behalf; and
+(i) create, use, publish and commercially license Independent Modules, subject
+    to Section 8.
+
+No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Licence.
+
+3. DURATION OF RIGHTS
+
+The rights granted for a version of the Covered Software that You lawfully
+obtained are perpetual unless this Licence is terminated under Section 16.
+
+The expiry or cancellation of a Helyx subscription does not, by itself:
+
+(a) terminate this Licence for a version already lawfully downloaded;
+(b) remotely disable an installed copy;
+(c) require You to delete an installed copy; or
+(d) prevent that installed version from continuing to run.
+
+Cancellation may end Your access to:
+
+(a) future downloads;
+(b) Restricted Releases;
+(c) updates that remain restricted;
+(d) official package repositories;
+(e) premium support;
+(f) hosted services;
+(g) live assistance; and
+(h) other subscription-only services.
+
+This Section does not give You a right to obtain future releases after Your
+entitlement has ended.
+
+4. CONDITIONS OF USE
+
+When exercising rights under this Licence, You must:
+
+(a) retain all copyright, attribution, licensing and ownership notices;
+(b) clearly identify material Modifications that You make;
+(c) avoid representing a modified installation as an unmodified official
+    release;
+(d) protect any credentials, tokens and restricted download links supplied to
+    You;
+(e) ensure Authorised Users comply with this Licence;
+(f) use the Covered Software in accordance with applicable law; and
+(g) comply with the separate licence terms of Third-Party Components.
+
+You are solely responsible for Your own compliance with all applicable
+data-protection and privacy laws (including the UK GDPR) in respect of any
+personal data processed through Your use of the Covered Software.
+
+5. PROHIBITION ON RESALE
+
+You must not, without the Licensor’s prior written permission:
+
+(a) sell or resell the Covered Software;
+(b) charge a licence fee for the Covered Software;
+(c) rent, lease, sublicense or commercially transfer the Covered Software;
+(d) include the Covered Software in a paid software bundle;
+(e) sell access to a copy or Modification of the Covered Software;
+(f) sell an installation image, hosting template or preconfigured package
+    containing the Covered Software;
+(g) charge another person for receiving a copy of the Covered Software; or
+(h) use the Covered Software as the principal value of a product that You
+    sell.
+
+You may charge for Permitted Professional Services under Section 7.
+
+You may also charge members for access to a Discord community that uses Helyx,
+provided the charge is for the community or its wider services and not
+specifically for receiving Helyx or operating Helyx on separately controlled
+Discord Servers.
+
+6. PROHIBITION ON REDISTRIBUTION
+
+You must not, without the Licensor’s prior written permission:
+
+(a) publish or republish the Covered Software;
+(b) upload it to another package registry, download service, marketplace or
+    repository;
+(c) distribute source or compiled copies to the public;
+(d) distribute a Modification or fork;
+(e) mirror an official Helyx package;
+(f) provide copies to customers as part of an installation service;
+(g) distribute a Restricted Release to anyone not authorised to receive it;
+    or
+(h) make the Covered Software available through peer-to-peer sharing,
+    file-sharing services or unofficial download links.
+
+Internal copying between Your own systems and Authorised Users is permitted
+where reasonably necessary for Internal Use.
+
+A customer receiving Permitted Professional Services must obtain the Covered
+Software through an Official Distribution Channel using their own authorised
+account or entitlement.
+
+7. PERMITTED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
+
+You may charge for professional services relating to the Covered Software,
+including:
+
+(a) installation;
+(b) configuration;
+(c) migration;
+(d) training;
+(e) consulting;
+(f) maintenance;
+(g) troubleshooting; and
+(h) development of Independent Modules.
+
+This permission applies only where:
+
+(a) the customer obtains the Covered Software directly through an Official
+    Distribution Channel;
+(b) You do not charge for a copy or licence to the Covered Software;
+(c) You do not provide a Managed Helyx Service;
+(d) You do not retain control of the customer’s installation except as their
+    authorised contractor;
+(e) You do not claim to be the Licensor or an official Helyx partner;
+(f) You do not use Helyx branding except as reasonably necessary to identify
+    compatibility; and
+(g) the customer is independently bound by this Licence.
+
+Permission to provide professional services does not grant permission to
+redistribute, resell or sublicense the Covered Software.
+
+8. INDEPENDENT MODULES
+
+You may create, publish, distribute and sell Independent Modules.
+
+You may choose the licence for an Independent Module that You own.
+
+An Independent Module must not:
+
+(a) contain a substantial portion of the Covered Software;
+(b) redistribute official Helyx modules;
+(c) circumvent subscription, entitlement, access-control or download
+    restrictions;
+(d) impersonate an official Helyx module;
+(e) use the Helyx name or logo as its principal product name;
+(f) imply endorsement, certification or partnership without written
+    permission; or
+(g) interfere with security, licensing, updates or platform integrity.
+
+You may accurately state that an Independent Module is “compatible with Helyx”
+where that statement is true.
+
+The Licensor may publish reasonable technical and branding requirements for
+compatibility claims.
+
+Official Helyx modules remain Covered Software where supplied under this
+Licence.
+
+9. HOSTED AND MANAGED SERVICES
+
+You must not, without a separate written commercial licence:
+
+(a) operate a Managed Helyx Service;
+(b) offer Helyx hosting to owners of unrelated Discord Servers;
+(c) provide a dashboard through which customers deploy or manage Helyx on
+    their own Discord Servers;
+(d) offer substantial Helyx functionality as software as a service;
+(e) operate a commercial bot platform substantially derived from Helyx;
+(f) provide Helyx under a white-label arrangement;
+(g) offer a rebranded or modified Helyx deployment as Your own bot product; or
+(h) use the Covered Software to compete with an official hosted or managed
+    Helyx offering.
+
+This Section does not prohibit:
+
+(a) Internal Use;
+(b) operating Helyx in Discord Servers that You own or administer;
+(c) ordinary use by members of those Discord Servers;
+(d) an Authorised User operating Your installation on Your behalf; or
+(e) Permitted Professional Services that comply with Section 7.
+
+10. CONTRIBUTIONS AND PUBLIC FORKS
+
+You may submit bug reports, patches and pull requests to an official Helyx
+repository.
+
+A public source-control fork is permitted only where it is reasonably
+necessary to prepare or submit a genuine contribution, provided that:
+
+(a) all copyright and licence notices are retained;
+(b) the fork is clearly marked as unofficial;
+(c) You do not publish releases, compiled packages or registry packages from
+    the fork;
+(d) You do not promote the fork as an alternative Helyx distribution;
+(e) You do not include Restricted Releases that were not already public; and
+(f) You take reasonable steps to archive or mark the public fork as inactive
+    when it is no longer reasonably required for the contribution process.
+
+Submission of a contribution does not, by itself, transfer ownership to the
+Licensor.
+
+Unless a separate written agreement (such as a Contributor Licence Agreement)
+provides otherwise, by submitting a contribution to an official Helyx
+repository You grant the Licensor a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
+royalty-free, irrevocable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify,
+adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense and otherwise exploit Your contribution
+and any derivative works of it, as part of the Covered Software or otherwise,
+including the right to license it under this Licence, any future version of
+this Licence and any separate commercial licence. You confirm that You have
+the right to grant this licence and that, so far as You are aware, Your
+contribution does not infringe the rights of any third party.
+
+Contributions may be subject to separate contributor terms or a Contributor
+Licence Agreement.
+
+The Licensor is not required to accept, merge, maintain or support any
+contribution.
+
+11. RESTRICTED RELEASES
+
+Restricted Releases may be used only by the individual, organisation or
+Discord Server for which access was granted.
+
+You must not:
+
+(a) share a Restricted Release;
+(b) share credentials or download links for a Restricted Release;
+(c) publish its source code;
+(d) republish its package;
+(e) enable it for an unauthorised Discord Server;
+(f) remove access restrictions;
+(g) circumvent an entitlement check; or
+(h) help another person gain unauthorised access.
+
+Where a Restricted Release later becomes publicly available, the licence
+accompanying the public release will govern that public release.
+
+Rights granted to a commissioning customer during a private-access period do
+not create permanent exclusivity unless a separate written agreement expressly
+states otherwise.
+
+12. TECHNICAL AND ENTITLEMENT CONTROLS
+
+You must not bypass, disable, remove or interfere with:
+
+(a) access controls;
+(b) subscription checks used to control new downloads;
+(c) package-integrity checks;
+(d) update restrictions;
+(e) early-access restrictions;
+(f) licence notices;
+(g) security protections; or
+(h) restrictions protecting unreleased functionality.
+
+Nothing in this Section permits the Licensor to remotely disable a lawfully
+installed copy merely because a subscription ends.
+
+Technical controls must not be used as a substitute for rights not granted by
+this Licence.
+
+13. OWNERSHIP
+
+The Covered Software is licensed, not sold.
+
+Zycore Industries Ltd and its contributors retain all copyright and other
+intellectual-property rights in the Covered Software.
+
+Helyx was originally created by Liam Villarosa-Moore. Zycore Industries Ltd is
+the owner and Licensor of Helyx and the Covered Software, subject to any
+separately identified rights in Third-Party Components or contributions.
+
+You retain ownership of:
+
+(a) Your original Independent Modules;
+(b) Your Discord Server content;
+(c) Your configuration data;
+(d) Your credentials; and
+(e) original code You create that does not contain or derive from Covered
+    Software.
+
+You do not acquire ownership of the Covered Software by modifying,
+configuring, hosting or contributing to it.
+
+14. BRANDING AND TRADEMARKS
+
+The Helyx name, Helyx Link logo and associated brand assets are owned by Zycore
+Industries Ltd. This Licence does not grant permission to use:
+
+(a) the Helyx name;
+(b) the Helyx Link logo;
+(c) official Helyx module names;
+(d) Helyx visual branding;
+(e) Helyx domains;
+(f) Helyx product artwork; or
+(g) any other Helyx trademark or brand asset,
+
+except where reasonably necessary to make a truthful compatibility statement
+or reproduce an existing notice contained in the Covered Software.
+
+You must not imply that an unofficial copy, Modification, service or module is:
+
+(a) produced by Helyx;
+(b) endorsed by Helyx;
+(c) certified by Helyx;
+(d) supported by Helyx; or
+(e) an official Helyx release.
+
+The Licensor may publish a separate trademark and brand-usage policy.
+
+15. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
+
+Third-Party Components are governed by their own licence terms.
+
+This Licence does not restrict rights granted to You directly under a
+Third-Party Component’s licence.
+
+Where this Licence and a Third-Party Component’s licence differ, the third
+party’s licence governs that Third-Party Component.
+
+A list of relevant Third-Party Components and notices may be supplied with the
+Covered Software.
+
+16. TERMINATION
+
+The Licensor may terminate this Licence where You materially breach its terms.
+
+Except for the breaches listed below, the Licensor may, at its sole
+discretion, provide written notice and an opportunity of at least fourteen
+days to remedy a remediable breach before terminating. The Licensor is not
+obliged to provide such notice or opportunity.
+
+The Licensor may terminate immediately where You intentionally:
+
+(a) resell the Covered Software;
+(b) operate an unauthorised Managed Helyx Service;
+(c) distribute a Restricted Release;
+(d) circumvent access or entitlement controls;
+(e) falsely present a product as official Helyx software;
+(f) remove ownership or licence notices; or
+(g) continue a material breach after receiving notice.
+
+When this Licence terminates, You must:
+
+(a) stop using the Covered Software;
+(b) stop allowing Authorised Users to use it;
+(c) delete or destroy copies under Your control; and
+(d) stop using Helyx branding.
+
+You may retain copies only where required by law, provided those copies are not
+used.
+
+Where a breach is capable of remedy and is Your first breach of this Licence,
+Your rights under this Licence will be automatically reinstated once You have
+fully remedied the breach, unless the Licensor has already given final written
+notice of termination.
+
+Termination does not affect:
+
+(a) accrued rights or liabilities;
+(b) the Licensor’s ownership;
+(c) warranty exclusions;
+(d) liability limitations; or
+(e) provisions that are intended to survive termination.
+
+Cancellation or expiry of a subscription is not a breach and does not
+terminate this Licence for lawfully obtained versions.
+
+17. UPDATES, SERVICES AND SUPPORT
+
+This Licence does not require the Licensor to provide:
+
+(a) updates;
+(b) upgrades;
+(c) security fixes;
+(d) compatibility fixes;
+(e) documentation;
+(f) support;
+(g) hosting;
+(h) continued package availability;
+(i) continued development; or
+(j) access to future versions.
+
+Support, hosted services, restricted downloads and updates may be governed by
+separate subscription or service terms.
+
+The Licensor may discontinue a release or service, subject to any separate
+binding agreement.
+
+18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
+
+To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Covered Software is provided “as
+is” and “as available”.
+
+The Licensor gives no warranty that the Covered Software:
+
+(a) will be uninterrupted or error-free;
+(b) will meet Your requirements;
+(c) will be compatible with every Discord, hosting or database environment;
+(d) will remain compatible with third-party services;
+(e) will prevent data loss, abuse or security incidents; or
+(f) will receive updates or continued support.
+
+All warranties, representations, conditions and other terms not expressly
+stated in this Licence are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
+
+Nothing in this Licence excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
+
+19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
+
+Nothing in this Licence limits or excludes liability for:
+
+(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
+(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
+(c) deliberate misconduct; or
+(d) any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
+
+Subject to that restriction, the Licensor will not be liable for:
+
+(a) loss of profit;
+(b) loss of revenue;
+(c) loss of business;
+(d) loss of goodwill;
+(e) loss of anticipated savings;
+(f) loss or corruption of data;
+(g) Discord enforcement action;
+(h) service interruption;
+(i) indirect loss;
+(j) consequential loss; or
+(k) special loss.
+
+To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor’s total aggregate
+liability arising from or relating to the Covered Software will not exceed the
+greater of:
+
+(a) the total amount You paid directly to the Licensor for the affected
+    Covered Software during the one (1) month immediately before the event
+    giving rise to the claim; or
+(b) £10.
+
+This is a single, combined cap on the Licensor’s total liability. It applies to
+all claims taken together, however and whenever arising, and regardless of the
+number of items of Covered Software, packages, modules, copies or versions
+involved. It is not a separate cap for each package, module, copy, version,
+claim or event, and such caps do not accumulate. This limitation applies
+regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
+
+20. COMMERCIAL LICENCES AND EXCEPTIONS
+
+The Licensor may grant separate written permission for activities that this
+Licence does not permit, including:
+
+(a) commercial redistribution;
+(b) authorised hosting;
+(c) managed services;
+(d) white-label deployment;
+(e) resale;
+(f) OEM distribution;
+(g) permanent private modules;
+(h) official partnership; and
+(i) expanded branding rights.
+
+A separate commercial licence applies only to the parties and activities
+expressly identified in that agreement.
+
+No exception is valid unless agreed in writing by the Licensor.

+21. TRANSFER
+
+You may not assign, transfer or sublicense this Licence without the Licensor’s
+prior written permission.
+
+The Licensor may transfer its rights and obligations under this Licence as part
+of:

+(a) a merger;
+(b) reorganisation;
+(c) sale of the Helyx business;
+(d) transfer of substantially all relevant assets; or
+(e) transfer of the Covered Software and associated intellectual-property
+    rights.
+
+22. CHANGES TO THIS LICENCE
+
+The licence version supplied with a particular release governs that release.
+
+The Licensor may publish revised licence versions for future releases.
+
+A revised licence does not automatically replace the licence supplied with a
+version You already lawfully obtained, unless You expressly agree otherwise.
+
+23. SEVERABILITY
+
+If a court or competent authority finds part of this Licence unlawful, invalid
+or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or modified to the minimum
+extent necessary to make it enforceable.
+
+If that is not possible, the affected part will be treated as removed.
+
+The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
+
+24. NO WAIVER
+
+A delay or failure to enforce a provision of this Licence does not waive the
+right to enforce it later.
+
+A waiver is effective only when given in writing by the party granting it.

+25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
+
+This Licence constitutes the entire agreement concerning the rights granted to
+You in the Covered Software, except where a separate written agreement
+expressly supplements or replaces it.

+Website descriptions, marketing statements, roadmap entries and informal
+communications do not amend this Licence.

+26. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
+
+This Licence and any dispute or claim arising from it are governed by the laws
+of England and Wales.
+
+The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where
+applicable consumer law gives an individual consumer the right to bring
+proceedings elsewhere.
+
+27. LICENCE IDENTIFICATION
