+Setting up a new Hailer SDK workspace project.

+
+- Node.js 18+
+- Access to a Hailer workspace
+- Workspace API credentials
+

+## Project Structure
+
+A new SDK project has this structure:
+

+## Setup Steps
+
+### 1. Create Project
+
+```bash
+mkdir my-hailer-project
+cd my-hailer-project
+npm init -y
+```
+
+### 2. Install SDK
+
+```bash
+npm install @hailer/sdk typescript vitest --save-dev
+```
+
+### 3. Configure Credentials
+
+Create `.env`:
+```
+HAILER_API_KEY=your_api_key
+HAILER_WORKSPACE_ID=your_workspace_id
+```
+
+Create `config.json`:
+```json

+### 4. Pull Initial Configuration
+
+```bash
+npm run pull
+```
+
+This downloads the current workspace configuration into `workspace/`.
+
+### 5. Add Claude Code Setup (Optional)
+
+```bash
+/setup-hailer
+```
+
+This copies agents, skills, and hooks from the reference.
+

+## First Workflow
+
+The SDK creates workspace with one default workflow. To add more:
+
+1. Edit `workspace/workflows.ts`
+2. Run `npm run workflows-sync:force`
+3. Run `npm run pull` to get new IDs
+

+## Git Setup
+

+## Verification
+
+After setup, verify by running:
+
