## What runs where

The client keeps only what must live next to your session on this machine:

sign-in and token custody, the held awareness connection (presence, live

message waits), file transfer, and the local session state your editor's
|

hooks read. Everything else — pages, the work queue, search, decisions — is

served live by the Gigabuddy door and appears as tools automatically, so new

capabilities reach running sessions without an update.
