It uses Chokidar to watch for file events, batches and debounces changes (so saving 20 files triggers one re-analysis, not twenty), incrementally re-parses only affected files, patches the dependency graph, recomputes Merkle hashes, and writes the lock file atomically — all with a PID-based singleton that prevents duplicate daemon processes.
