+  `ENV=dev axiom params get` now loads `.axiom.dev.js` (equivalent to `--env dev`).

+  **`@dsmrt/axiom-config`**: `loadConfig` falls back to `process.env.ENV` when no `env` is passed, so library consumers also benefit.
