- fix(inputSwitch): the visible track was only 4 spacing high (16px at 16px text) inside a 6-spacing box, because the host carried `paddingBlock` and the track filled only the content box. The padding is gone, so the track fills the host (9 x 6 spacing, 36 x 24px at 16px text), and the knob grows from 3 to 5 spacing — the same size as `buttonSwitch`'s thumb. The host box, and so row layout, is unchanged.
